2003 Chen Yuan Hao “Tong Qing Hao” (T3+)

On the subtle Qi and more interesting taste (endlessly complex) side, this is one of the famous CYH productions from the mid 2000s. This cake was made to commemorate Tong Qing Hao, legendary Yiwu tea factory.

These cakes don’t have a wrapper, they’re packed “naked” in the tong as in pictures (which is common for early 2000s CYH).

Approx. 357g cakes, available as 1/4 slice too (approx. 85g).
