From Da Xue Shan (Big Snow Mountain) in YongDe, we picked real ancient tree leaves, let it age to perfection and were surprised by how good it turned out.

The taste is a balanced, clean, rich, very easy to drink dark liquid with good body and interesting over the whole session, with gushu-refined aromas to go with it.

The Qi gradually creeps up on you as a calming and steady presence.
